To schedule an appointment, please call us at (772) 288-2400 and choose option 1 on our phone menu or contact us here.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, we will need certain information from you as a new patient at South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, including details about your current orthopaedic problem, your medical history, and insurance information. You will receive an email and text link to Confirm and Pre-Register for your upcoming appointment. Please complete this before your arrival to help speed up your check-in process at the kiosk.
