This review is for the Stuart, FL office.I really can't say how well they do for actually treating something, because their office staff is so bad I can't actually get treated. Their self-pay... (cash paying) system is just broken. There seems to be only one person who handles this, and they don't seem to ever have time to respond.I managed to get in for the initial visit, then I had an MRI done, and I had a follow-up appointment to fix my issue. I needed to know how much money to bring, and the appointment people have no idea, so they transferred me to a voicemail for billing that was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I called back 5 times in one day, sitting in the hold queue for over an hour at one point and no one ever answered, so I left a voicemail in the appointment voicemail.I was called back the next day by someone who said yes the voicemail of the billing person was full, so the billing person would call me back in an hour when they get in, this was 10:30 AM. They said that person was running late because of a flat tire. Well, I never got that call and that was 7 days ago.I missed my appointment because no one ever called me back to tell me how much money I need to bring for the procedure, and of course no one answers the phone, so can't ask. What do they expect? Should I just guess how much it will cost and bring that? What if I bring too little, will they still do it without me having insurance? Will they turn me away, and I wasted my time and lost work time for this? No one knows!Since then I have called repeatedly and left voicemails and no one ever answers the phone or calls me back. I can't even get my MRI results to go somewhere else because it was done at the same facility, and they don't answer the phone. Still, at the time of this writing, I still cannot get in touch with anyone there.I've already cash paid for my first office visit and an MRI, so currently that money is basically just gone since I can't get a follow-up.I don't even expect anyone from there will even bother reading this review. They don't seem to care.read more

I had hip surgery one year ago and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My great doctor was Scott Desman and he is a excellent surgeon.I had absolutely no pain since having my hip replaced.... When I woke after having my surgery my husband asked me what was wrong, and I said I have no pain, I can't believe it. Within five days I was walking with a caneand within 2 weeks I was walking on my own.read more

I really like Dr Jordan of South Florida Orthopedics. I have seen him for arthritis in my knee with great results. Just a few days ago I saw him for pain in my hand, which I thought was more... arthritis, but it turned out to be carpal tunnel. The pain is going away as i follow his treatment plan. I called for an appointment, and got to see him the same day. He communicated clearly and honestly. I am glad he is my doctor.read more

I am so thankful for the South Florida Orthopedics walk-in clinic and staff. They were able to assess, x-ray, diagnose and splint my 3 year old son in under an hour. We are visiting from out of town... and I dreaded having to bring my little one to an urgent care with potential covid + patients. Wish we had this option near us in our home town! Thanks to Ted, Fabrice, and our MA (I can’t remember your name but you were wonderful)! Kind, professional, and courteous front desk staff as well. I found South Florida Orthopaedics online and boy am I glad I did. I broke my Fibula/ankle back in January of 2020 and met with Dr. Romano to go over the next steps. He was very clear and caring and... knew right away what needed to be done. He also suggested therapy at this facility after surgery and what an amazing recovery!! The surgery appears to have been sufficient. The administrative staff is comically disorganized and rude. I received several urgent, “you have to do this today” commands, when they could have... just mentioned when we spoke the previous day. Then, I got yelled at for them supposedly having the wrong phone number in their system. I’m not sure how that’s my fault, and it’s especially confusing, given that it was only like that for one person...all others from that office were able to call me with no problems. There was no communication between this office and the surgical center, causing me to have to answer a litany of questions twice instead of once. Next time, it will be worth the drive to go to Jupiter for orthopaedic work.read more

I came to S Fl Orthopedics originally seeing Dr.Breslauer for what was diagnosed as a bruised foot but turned out to be a very serious broken foot. With his treatment, my foot it it is as good as... ever. I currently see Dr. Prather and Dr. Ramos who work together as a team, to treat spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease, that is complicated with arthritis. Without their help I would be in terrible pain every day and unable to function at full capacity. Not only are the doctors exceptional, but the staff is efficient and very friendly. I never wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. I commend them especially during the pandemic for the way they managed the patients and kept social distancing but still saw patients in a timely manner. I highly recommend S. Florida Orthopedics and especially the doctors listed above.read more

Dr. Jordan and his staff are outstanding. It was my second surgery and I didn't realize there were still Doctors that sat down and chatted with you or friendly/efficient nurse staff out there... anymore! These guys stand out - hardcore. They bus you through quick but still take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. On my last visit they gave me an appreciation coin to give to any staff member I felt deserved it.
